Conversation endings

Understand the count called “Ghosting” in the app.

  3. 03Conversation endings

How it works

The app counts the last sender before a conversation break and shows a playful ranking. The counting rule uses a six-hour pause. The final message in the export is counted too, even when there is no later message to establish a six-hour pause.

Step by step

  1. Open the overview of an analyzed chat.

  2. Find the Ghosting or conversation-ending ranking.

  3. Read the result as a pause-based count, without assigning intent to participants.

What to keep in mind

A conversation ending does not prove someone was ignored, read a message or intended to stop talking. Avoid interpreting this as relationship advice.

Questions and answers

What do the statistics actually measure?

Results describe the successfully parsed messages in the imported file. Missing history affects totals. Response times and conversation endings are timestamp rules, not read receipts or evidence of feelings.

Can I analyze more than one chat?

Your first analysis is free. Pro unlocks unlimited analyses, full Wrapped and sharing. See the app for current local prices. Each imported chat is analyzed separately; multiple chats in one archive are not a verified import path.
